Central Reservations
Car
rental bookings can be made at locations throughout the UK, Europe, and Worldwide
by calling our Central Reservations.
Reservations can be sent by fax or by e-mail (24hrs), seven days a week.
Delivery & Collection Service
Vehicles can be delivered/collected to/from company sites/home addresses, or other specified
locations. By utilising an extensive UK branch network customers enjoy free delivery/collection
on most occasions.
Emergency Bookings
Vehicles
requested on an ASAP basis can be delivered to most areas of the UK within 2
hours. If the vehicle group requested isnt available an upgraded vehicle
will be supplied at no additional cost. Where vehicles are requested on an ASAP/within
2 hours basis, notification of availability will be given at the time the request
is made.
Airport Reservations
Reservations
can be made at any UK airport, however flight numbers must be provided before
bookings can be accepted. Rentals commencing/terminating at some UK airports
may be subject to a 13% surcharge. A meet & greet service can be
provided during normal office hours at no additional cost.
One-way Rentals
A
one-way rental service is available throughout the UK mainland, it is important
that personnel make us aware of this requirement when making a reservation.
Vehicle Refueling
Vehicles
are supplied with a full tank, less delivery fuel used, the hirer is responsible
for the cost of refilling the tank. Drivers are encouraged to refill the tank
at the end of hire as substantial savings can be made by avoiding unnecessary
surcharges.
24 Hour Breakdown Service
All vehicles are newly registered and are covered by AA / RAC 24 hour breakdown,
and also by manufacturers warranty. Emergency numbers are displayed inside
the vehicle windscreen, and also on the rental documentation issued to the driver
when the vehicle is delivered. A replacement vehicle can be arranged (24hrs)
by the motoring organisation attending the breakdown as part of the service
provided.
European/Worldwide Network
Access to a European and Worldwide network for both corporate business travel and private
leisure purposes is available.
Centralised Billing
Centralised
billing ensures you receive an accurate invoice at the end of the rental. Invoices
can be sent out individually or dispatched on a weekly/fortnightly basis. Payment
is requested 30 days from invoice date.
Management Reports
Detailed
management information is provided by utilising reports generated within
the rental/invoice file, these can be formatted to meet your specific requirements.
